An operator, not an engineer — writing down what AI actually did to a real business.
I run a wine shop in Walla Walla, and a few months into building with AI I started wiring it into the actual guts of the business — invoicing, accounting, the catalog, the apps. Some of it worked the first night. Some of it caught fire and cost me real money. This is where I write down what really happened.
Most "AI for business" advice is engineers talking to engineers. I'm a shop owner who learned this the expensive way, in a real business with real customers. If you run an operation and you're drowning in the un-sexy, repetitive parts of it, that's exactly the thing I automate.
